Several of the members of The "Let's Dance Band" are school band teachers.

One member of the band, Susie May Jones, was recently hired by Mt. Hood Community college to run their nationally acclaimed Jazz program.

Many of the musicians in the Let's Dance Band are very accomplished. For example, Jack Havener studied at the Julliard School of Music in New York and directed the music in several New York Broadway shows.
